We also have a medicinal plant garden from which we make and serve teas daily. No pesticides or chemicals of any kind are used at the Center. We feed our chickens corn, alfalfa and unused vegetables from the garden. Fresh bread and other baked goods are made at CMV and served daily to our residents and guests. Naturally filtered mineral drinking water (Vilcagua) from Podocarpus Park is also provided daily. At CMV a healthy mind and body is easily attainable. Vilcabamba is a place of no stress, fresh air, good water, year round good weather and beautiful views.
